DISGUSTING SERVICE & NO CARE ATTITUDE

In February, I was sent a router for a monthly internet contract I had received from Neotel. After struggling for a week or two to get the router to work, I eventually had to spend a whole evening (at my cost) on the telephone to the technical dept trying to get this router to work. I was then told that the router was faulty and within 3 to 5 working days they would deliver a new one and collect the faulty one. I did not pay anything for that month due this error. after more than 5 telephone calls with their idiotic courier company (who did not have a clue what they had to do) and a few almost a month later I still had not received a new router. I eventually told them I did not want to go ahead with the contract and they collected the faulty router. Now I have been handed over for an amount of R1285.22 and for what?? What service of theirs did I use. You are a bunch of and I will go to court and then counter sue you people for this aggravation!! i want the money written off and the default taken off my name.
