I've been with virgin for three years and never did I have the problems I have with them now. I've got a set top up contract of R189 after I've upgraded in sept which consist of R75 airtime, 150mb and 30 sms. In Nov I got billed R494 which according to the accounts it's R189x2 and handset fee of R111.44 which if added up doesn't even agree to the R494. This amount I paid but it doesn't even show on my account. Then for dec my debit order got deducted twice R341.50, when I checked my account I saw that my subscription fee changes every month and then I get billed for extra data use. If I run out of airtime or data I buy just as with pay as you go. I don't think the people in accounts know what they are doing. And I will never upgrade with them again. I'll finish my contract and go to another subscriber.
