Logged a service request on the 27th December 2012 for a fault on my line. No telephony or ADSL connection. I have repeatedly called for assistance, and have escalated my calls, but still no resolution on my fault. We have had 3 technicians out to work on the problem all leaving without resolution, or explanation as to what the problem is.
I have now called again today, 15 January 2013, for help and wanted to speak to a supervisor, i get left on hold for 8 minutes to be told he is not in his office and i cannot have his direct number. What a bunch of useless individuals! Still no line or ADSL.
Pity we have to deal with these parastatal monopolies who offer pathetic service!
