I upgraded using the online vodacom site. you need to log in and choose upgrade. i upgraded from a Blackberry Talk 100 BIS to an iphone 5 Smart Standard.
I received just the phone through the mail but with no nano simcard therefore i had to go into the tygervalley branch to get my nano simcard and do a sim swap. so what is the point of actually upgrading online?
They then did not upgrade and i am still on the Blackberry 100 talk BIS and now they are charging me for data that i should actually be getting for free with my new contract. My bill is now 3 times of what it should be. i logged a complaint but still waiting for them to refund me. no further update on vodacoms side.
very bad service and very poor website.
