Trust that you are well. I have a major billing issue with VIRGIN. Being trying to get hold of them but just cannot get through to their billing department. Sent numerous emails. No luck. Ordered a micro sim, and received a normal sim. Just too many issues with Virgin. I'm really disappointed. and try getting hold of them, its a mammoth task. SAD SAD!!! Customer service is poor. Can somebody at VIRGIN get in touch with me to sort out these numerous issues.
