After numerous attempts to contact Virgin Mobile and being transferred from department to department I have really lost all faith in them. They are highly incompetent of resolving their OWN billing issues - how do you explain that??? The persons in their accounts department have no understanding of the bill. I was so impressed with my first contact with them - pity they are unable to keep to the same standards!!!
Then they add "debit memo" amounts - every months just a few rand. I am not sent a memo - this just appears on my statement & is deducted with the next debit order.
I most certainly won't EVER renew my contract with them - counting down the months till this one is over!!!
