Im still waiting

So last week i tried to get hold of Virgin Mobile regarding billing me twice and still billing me for a phone i had paid finished in July. I got a phone call on wednesday but i was in a meeting so when i tried calling back no one answered. I then got hold of there Customer services twice and each time i have been put on hold then completely forgotten about. Virgin Mobile. You have my details. You know what the problem is. Call me when you have sorted it out and credited me what you owe me. Im tried of trying to get hold of you and call you when no one is bothering to call me back. IT HAS BEEN 5 DAYS. If this is how you handle people that have been with you for as long as i have then im really worried.
