I did and upgrade of my vodacome contract online in early October 2013 with a Samsung S4 Mini. It stopped working in early November 2013. It was given to Hatfield Vodacare center for repair immediately. They said it is repaired (software upgrade), but i had to give it back immediately at the shop itself because it was not working, After 2 weeks of repair time they gave me the phone saying that motherboard is changed and did not charge me because it is under warranty. In few days it was not working again (will not reboot). I gave the phone to same Hatfield vodacare outlet on 2nd December a third time. They say it cannot be repaired, but is reluctant to replace it. I went to the shop several time now and always there is one or other reason they cannot give me the promised replacement phone. In short I am paying the monthly installment on time for a phone I am not using.
Interestingly, their SMS response about the progress of the phone repair was overdone during first repair, but it became less frequent during second repair and now it stopped. Now all my attempt to call them on call center or the Hatfield office is 'no response'. Even 4 visit to the shop was useless.
