Eish Eish Eish they have been to my house about 7 times to fix a simple problem witch is to fix it when some one phones me my ADSL line would drop. They tested and used brand new router and filters. They determined that it was the line and not my equipment. They went out and worked on it leaving it disconnected for 4 days. Then all of a sudden the ADSL line came back on but now I don't have a telephone line anymore. This has been going on for almost a month now. The internet is there now but like as if I have gone back to 56k. I am paying for a service that I am not getting. I really don't know what to do anymore. Is there service really that bad? No one is keeping me up to date with what is going on. I phone them every day and send a fault report via sms every morning but nothing is happening. Cant believe it is really as bad as this.
