Neotel is trying so hard to beat Cell C's in poor service and I must say I never thought in my wildest dreams any company would want to set the bar that low but hey Neotel you are making a good job of it. Firstly you take voice mail away and blame it on the poor computer that took a month to sort out. Now for some un-explained reason we can not make out going calls when we have air time something has expired we can not even phone the customer care line as we get the same message.
