I suppose i can only really blame myself that i went against my better judgement and signed up for a service from Telkom but i feel cheated and want others to know it. After two months of phone calls, site visits and other time wasting, my problem with the Telkom Mobile LTE service persists. Telkom Mobile are a bunch of liars 1) Providing and bragging about a product that in the real world is nowhere near the "Blatantly about speeds", which yes sure is all possible on dedicated hardware, towers etc and duping the consumer (i have 4/5 bars of signal and am well within the LTE coverage zone) 2) Locking consumers into 36 month contracts and then hanging them out to dry and to boot releasing the same product a month later @ R100/pm less. 3) ZERO after sales support 4) My personal favorite being told by the on-site technician that although the speeds are bad at least its working. Telkom this is not what i signed up for and am not being provided the service i was promised, You leave me no choice, Que the CPA and legal action. As a matter of principal i will fight this to the end as i am tired of being to and that companies can get away with this. NO MORE
