Incompetent Network Service Provide

On Thursday, 19 Dec I applied online for a contract, which was approved on the 20th of Dec. I was told that the phone will be delivered on Monday (23 Dec), if not, Tuesday (24 Dec) Morning. I called on the 23rd to follow up on the delivery and was told that "porting" was causing the delay, so they promised me on the 24th they will deliver and yet again another excuse of "stock taking". Supposedly there is no manager and conveniently the guy that was helping me is now on leave. I am appalled by the lack of service I received and thereby requesting that I be contacted by management, because it's impossible that a whole department does not have a manager which is what I was told. This is not acceptable and I will not be referring any friends or family.
