I am a neotel customer for almost 2years now. I am paying monthly for internet bundle which i cannot use due to poor quality of my phone base. I have called neotel call centre on many occasions but to NO AVAIL.
Recently my base stopped allowing out going or incoming calls but i am still billed monthly for internet as well.
I am now sitting with a base that does not work while neotel is enjoying extorting my money every month!
