Disappointment to disgust. No Result

I took two Neotel contracts on the 27 Sep 2013. One voice and one data. I really only needed the telephone. I am experiencing a family emergency and needed to make regular calls overseas. My prepaid cell was costing too much. Neotel assured me that even on the contact I would have instant access to my usage info for both voice and data. However, exactly the opposite happened. All my usage info was blocked, even when I called them no one was able to give me any usage info. Its been over a month now and I still use my prepaid cell to call overseas. The Neotel phone just sits on the table as an ugly reminder of what a useless group of people work at Neotel. I don't need to explain to them why I need these services. I was promised these services and I am paying for them. In hindsight I regret not going to Telkom. Telkom's world call would have been perfect. Neotel may be cheap but you do pay a huge price. Don't count on getting any decent service. My complaint 24 Oct refers.
