INCORRECT BILLING WITH BAD DON`T CARE ATTITUDE

I`ve been with neotel for 4 year`s and finally get offered a upgrade, but it did not work because of a poor signal in my area, a 2nd upgrade was sent and also did not work, after many call`s and mail`s i sent all the upgrades back to neotel, and used the old useless devise once again, My billing was normally abt R 250 pm, it soon was R498, then R4998, i was charged for the 2 upgrades and to terminate them, after trying to explain the problem was not me but neotel the bill was now R 633. I paid that amount, don`t know for what, i cancelled my service on 6 sep 2013 and i still get billed including a termination charge of R 1604, Managers don`t even have the time to call to sort the problem, No one care`s from neotel they JUST WANT YOUR MONEY. Even the compliant`s department cannot help.
