Poor Service from Neotel

In the last couple of months I have been experiencing problems with my Neotel 3g and home phone, the signal has been so poor that I have been unable to use either of them unless I'm standing in a particular spot. I have been in contact with Neotel for the last month, I have tried previous times to contact them but they keep you holding on for ever, I don't have the time to waste holding on especially when you can't move as the poor signal cuts your conversation off. Secondly you leave a message for someone to contact you, it takes days for Neotel to respond whether it's email or telephonic. Neotel eventually contacted me to say that my area in terms of signal is fine and I would need to pay a termination fee, Neotel should be reimbursing me for the months I have paid for and for the connection fee that I was totally unaware of and debited off my account, I also contacted Neotel regarding that issue! I have waited my time, money and most of all, it's very frustrating trying to work when your signal is also on snooze!
