I received a contract phone and in 3 months the battery started giving me problems. My phone was taken for repairs beginning of December and I was told i will get a new phone.i keep calling the call center for an update however no one seems to give me an exact answer on when I'l receive my phone back and every time I get promised I'l get a call back from a supervisor which never happens.my last call to the call center was on the 20/12/13 and I was told the johannesburg call center closed at 12 for a funeral.its been weeks without a phone, im stuck with a sim card that has airtime with no phone.(it's a micro sim) meaning I cnt even use on older phones.im disappointed in the service I have received from mtn.i have names all the consultants I spoke to and dates all the calls I made and i still have no phone and no indication of when I'l get my phone back.some of the consultants I spoke to are Zama and Ernest Teshnin aswell aswell as Ronell.
