Absolutely Frustrated

I upgraded online, received my Iphone 5 on Tuesday 22 October 2013, just to realize that the phone is not working, apps opens by itself, the phone freezes and I cant to anything on the phone, cause I upgraded from blackberry to Iphone, i cant use the sim card in my old phone. Now I am stuck without a working phone, phoned 0821959 spoke to Matilo he said he will load the call and I will be assisted within 48 hours, the only problem is I cant wait 48 hours as I use my phone for work purposes!!! I phoned this morning spoke to a call center lady and she decided to drop the call, phoned back spoke to Matilo he said he cant help as he is only a call center agent, he said his superior will call me back, Andries only phoned back at 12, and said there is not much he can do, but he sees my request is at collections, I said to him that they cannot collect the phone without giving me a new one. He said he will give me feedback but I am still waiting! I told him that this matter is urgent, but nobody cares! I need a replacement phone as soon as possible!!!
