I have been experiencing problems with my phone the beginning of June i then book the phone in for repairs instead of MTN fixing it they just loaded software. After that i booked the phone in for repairs again and this time they gave me a phone that does'nt work for more than 1 minute and switches of, when i reported this to them i was told it has to be the battery i then bought a new battery the same problem happens.
i'm so sick of MTN poor service and call center consultants who are full of bad attitude MTN is the worst network ever.
