I had upgraded to the Samsung s4 at the end of October 2013 since then I have had the phone sent in to vodacom repair center three times. On the third hand over to vodacom in December 2013 i explained to the consultant that the phone is not older than six months and have experienced so many problems with the phone and that i refuse to take the phone back. Now my phone is at their advanced repair center. Once again i am awaiting feedback. Its most frustrating having to pay for a phone that i am not using cause it has so many faults. First it was the battery then the software and now corruption of imei number. Having to issue me with a new phone should not be a problem considering that I am PAYING for services that I am not using!! Every time my phone was returned after the repairs it costed me data to to download all the apps again and to recover my information. The poor services has inconvenienced me, I hope to receive a some news as to when I will get a new phone.
