BROKEN DAMAGED PHONE

Hi, I purhased a Nokia 311 at Eikestad Mall Stellenbosch in December 2012 on 2year contract. The phone started giving internal problems about 3 months afterwards. I have been to Vodacare 3 times, 3 times my phone has been given in for repairs, 2 times been sent off to Head office Johannesburg for repairs. Each time I get my phone back, the same problem is still there. My phone 'blacks out' while in use. I restart my phone at least twice a day, by also taking out the battery and putting it back in. After restarting, i receive all the missed calls and messages i have missed. My phone is never off, but sometimes when i get calls, it goes over to voicemail. A new error that is occurring now, is that when i get a call, and want to answer, the answering button wont work, so i miss the call. I have been back to Eikestad Mall Stellenbosch, and they said that its the same with all Smart phones, that you must restart the phone then the buttons wil work. This does not work with my phone. The problem is still there, i know also miss calls because i cannot answer due to the answering button not working.

I am not taking this phone in for a 4th time. I want a new phone from Vodacom
