Passing the buck as well

ON THE 30/08/2013 I TOOK MY CELLPHONE TO MTN IN MAPONYA MALL FOR REPAIRS. THE CONSULTANT HELPED ME AND TOLD ME MY PHONE WILL BE READY IN 2-3 WEEKS TIME BUT WILL GET A CALL IF ANY THING COMES UP. TODAY (4/9/2013) I GET A CALL FROM MTN AND GET TOLD THAT MTN CANNOT FIX MY PHONE AND I MUST COME AND PICK IT UP AND TAKE IT TO CROWN MINES BECAUSE THEY WILL BE ABLE TO FIX IT.NOW WHAT PUZZLES ME IS THAT WHY SHOULD I AS THE CUSTOMER WASTE MY TIME AND TAKE MY PHONE TO A REPAIRS CENTER WHERE AS THE REASON WHY I TOOK MY PHONE TO MTN WAS FOR IT TO BE REPAIRED. NOW I CALLED THE TECHNICIANS TO LAY A COMPLAIN SPOKE TO PHAPHAU WHO REFERED ME TO HEADOFFICE WHERE I SPOKE TO BIANCA WHO SENT ME BACK TO THE TECHNICIANS WHERE I ENVENTUALLY SPOKE TO SARITA . I NEEDED TO SPEAK TO THE SUPERVISOR WHO WAS BUSY AT THAT TIME AND SUPPOSE TO CALL ME BACK AND I AM STILL AWAITING HIS/HER CALL. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN MTN AND ALL I WANT IS MY PHONE TO BE FIXED.
