I have been charged device fees for the last 2 mnths for upgrades that were cancelled due to billing problems, not surprisingly its happened again in my Dec bill, despite calling numerous times to correct this and prevent line disconnection. Due to the errors i was paying cash instead of my usual Debit Order, my line was disconnected 3 x in 1 week, 1st being on the 9/12 to reconnect, it was then disconnected on 11/12 and then on 12/12. This has caused problems with my emails, which i rec on my phone.
My wife is unemployed and i recently became permanently disabled after being ill since 2010, resulting in a financial strain with all the medical expenses.
I was negotiating with a supplier to purchase an item that we needed at an astonishingly reduced price as a Christmas surprise for my wife. I did not rec the email from the supplier due to my phone line being disconnected stating the procedure and date of delivery and the price etc.
The co has now closed for the holidays and we do not have the item we needed.
With all the hassles i have been having with Altech this really has disheartened and disappointed me considering its the Festive Season
