Wrongful debit orders and wrongful credit listing

A while ago my debit for my account did not go off. When they advised me of this I went and paid it. My phone was disconnected, but shortly there after re-connected. A week later I was informed that if I did not pay the outstanding amount the account will be disconnected. I called them and confirmed that the payment had been received and they promised that the line would not be disconnected. The line was disconnected. About 2 weeks after the first debit order was rejected a second debit order was deducted. I took a lot of trouble and money to get the money returned from my bank as I had already paid this account. I completed a stop-debit order at my bank. I also informed Autopage of this telepathically. Later that week a third debit order for the same amount was once again deducted. Needless to say, much time and money went into returning my funds. I insisted on an apology form them. I also wanted my bank fees re-reimbursed. Many promises was made, none were kept. Realising what it was doing to my credit report I made a payment arrangement with their attorneys, but now find out I was listed on the ITC for DOUBLE the outstanding amount. I was never informed of being listed.
