Ignoring proof of payment

Due to my credit card being my debit order did not go through, however I made a EFT payment of the full amount for November the 4th of December. The 6th I phoned the credit control department and they assured me that they have received the payment. A week later I received a sms that my account was overdue. I send the proof of payment via email and fax.

After that it started happening on a daily basis that my line gets disconnected at about 13.00, I make a phone call and they reconnect my line, sometimes they ask me to resend the fax, after which I send the fax as well as email it to them. Some of the assistants ask me to email it to their personal email which I have also done numerous times.

It is now nearly 2 months and my line was once again disconnected today, after I received a sms and voice recording that my account was overdue, after which I phoned the credit control department and they said they have the proof of payment I don't need to worry.

This is the 4th month I have been battling with this.
