Line disconnected

We are building and needed to move the line from one cnr of our house to the other. So we phoned Telkom on the 16th Feb. 2013 to arrange for them to come out. Then the builder said we must cancel the order because the building not high enough yet. So we phone Telkom on the 18th and asked them to please cancel our order. We don't need to have the line moved now. They must cancel it... i'm sure the call is recorded if they need to check what was said. On the 19th we notice the line is dead, so assume that the builders could have done something, on the 20th still no line. So my wife goes to Telkom and enquires only to find out that the line is spare, it was disconnected. So she's told that i must phone Telkom as i am the account holder then they can reconnect the line. That afternoon i receive a phone call from Telkom and they say they'll reconnect my line asap. IT IS STILL DEAD and Telkom hasn't contacted me again! I understand people make mistakes, but this is ridiculous! I work all day. Where is the time to go and sit at a Telkom office to ask them to reconnect my line?! If you going to reconnect my line the same day... then do it!
