Disconnected services in erro

Cell no: 0828992368 is my business line that was disconnected. Called the Customer Care and was told that it was done in error.
This happened twice previously. I pay my account via debit order and was never in arrears for over 10 years that I have been in a contract with Autopage. Incidently, this happens everytime I need to upgrade my phone. I applied for upgrade 2 days before the disconnection. I called Customer Care 12 times in the last week and was always told that the phone will be reconnected in 24hrs but nothing was done. the number that was disconnected is a business line and thus I have lost a weeks income`.I subsequently went to an Autopage store and was served by Candice who informed me that there is an error with the upgrading as well. I was due for upgrade in May this year but it states 2015 on the computer which was fed by the Johannesburg offfice. an email to the person who I dealt with previously on the same issue brought no response. Very dissappointed with the service and loss of income this error resulted in.
