My sony experia z I purchased from mtn with a 24 month warranty, broke before it was 6 months old due to a manufacturing problem. I personally took it to repair centre in Midrand.it was booked in to them once and sent to Sony twice, they had it for almost two months with no feedback.the supervisor promised to keep me updated but did not ignored my calls and went on leave. I collected it yesterday, now it keeps on rebooting and they still refuse to give me a new one.it costs me almost 150 per trip to midrand and to no avail.if I do not get a new replacement phone I will have to escalate the matter to the NCC.
