Bought a new Sony Experia Z phone a few months ago. Phone was not misused in any way. Picked up the phone when it was lying on the table and the screen was cracked in the corner. I cannot use the buttons on the bottom in any way. If this is the quality of Sony equipment i will make the shift to another manufacturer. I also read that the screen cracking is a problem with the Experia range
