My Experia Z went to black screen after software update. I then called Sony Mobile who advised that I send my phone to SSS Cellular in Johannesburg for repair. Ismael at SSS Cellular accepted the package and confirmed that it will be placed in the queue for repair and will be looked at yesterday 2013/11/27. After multiple emails requesting some sort of feedback no one responds. To make things worse I've made numerous calls to them (continuing today 28/11/2013) however no one answers, it's as if the place closed down. Absolutely pathetic, so much for a certified Sony repair centre.
