Once again I am having issues with virgin mobile, today I have received a msg to say that R 644.00 was deducted from my account when my contract was cancelled 2 months ago and put my number on pre-paid. I want answers and I am going to take this further and who knows what other customers are experiencing the same thing without knowing money is being taken from them. And on going to the store in Canal Walk, I experienced another issue. Store opened up 15 minutes late, then I had to wait another 10 minutes for help.
