My 2 month old Experia Z cracked its screen while I was driving. I have read that Sony has acknowledged this in other countries yet Sony South Africa has no problem saying it was my fault and that I don't know what I am talking about. I refuse to pay R3613.00 to repair a problem that might happen again within another 2 months.
