Efusal to replace faulty cell phone

I purchased a Sony Experia Z in May 2013 from MTN. Before it was 6 months old (24 month warrenty), it refused to switch on. I took it personally to Midrand Service Centre three times, each time at collection being told it is repaired.it still is not working, only switches on for while then freezes and continously reboots itself when you try and use it and it has a blemish on the screen it never had before, they refuse to replace it with a new device, despite it being a manufacturing error and still under warranty.it has been repaired at the service centre itself and sent by them to Sony and it still does not work.the warrenty also claims that the phone will be replaved if it is a manufacturing error, which they now refuse to do. This is resulting in huge frustration and financial loss for me.
