Pathetic service!!

My iphone 5 not older than 1.5 months just stopped working. I took it to MTN Mall of the North and they said it must be sent to the repair centre. 5 Days later on Wednesday the branch manager called and said they must replace my phone but they don't have stock, the new stock will arrive Thursday or Friday she called on Friday to inform me that the stock have arrived but no iphones... WHAT??? I asked if she can't get from another branch as I am running a towing company and especially this time of year I cannot afford to be without my cellphone as I
am losing a lot of money which MTN doesn't care about at all, she informed me that the other branches doesn't have either and if she have to get one from Tzaneen it would take 4 days (Tzaneen is 100Km from Polokwane). I moved from another service provider to MTN on recommendation of my husband and have only had problems since I've been with MTN. I am certainly VERY UNHAPPY to spend another weekend without my phone and losing more business, there is a reason I am using Iphone as my whole business is running through my phone and this is totally unacceptable for me now!!! I will appreciate your urgent response regarding this matter.
