Where is my IPHONE 5??

Cell C you have disappointed me from the very start - to the point that I am so close to cancelling my contract and staying with another service provider because they ACTUALLY provide service.

How can you sell so many iphone 5 contracts and NOT have stock of the phones in the country? The lady I spoke to at the call centre said I am one of 600 people waiting for my phone, some of them since December. This is UNACCEPTABLE.

At the beginning of January I phoned, placed my order and was approved for the iphone 5 contract straight away, over the phone. The helpful lady on the phone told me that I would get the phone within 7-10 days. Then a few days later I phoned and they assured me that I would get it within 4 days. Then I called again when I didn't get it and was told to wait for a week, they were getting new stock and then it would be delivered from the distribution centre. Then I called again as no phone had arrived and I was told that firstly no one knows when the phones will arrive, that they have not got stock, that the phones have to be shipped in and they can not tell me when I will get my phone.

HOW CAN YOU SELL CONTRACTS without having the phones in the country?
