No Stock Is Not a Good Enough Excuse!!!

On Monday, 13 January I booked my brand new Apple iPhone 5c of 2 months in for repairs as the 3G data connection kept on dropping signal. Could only use phone if it was connected to a wireless connection.
Wednesday, 15 January when I called to find out what was happening I was told I was getting a replacement phone. Thursday, 16 January I called again and they told me they were waiting for stock. Friday, 17 January same story, they couldnt tell me when they would have stock as they were currently busy with stock take and I was to phone again on Wednesday, 22 January but couldnt promise they would have a stock answer even through they were currently busy with stock take. I phoned again today and still no one can answer me. I think it is shocking that a business of this calibre cannot give me an estimated date of when there will be stock arriving in the country for the repair centre as there is currently stock in SA for new customers but they are not willing to do an internal transfer. I dont feel I should have to wait over a week to receive a new phone with absolutely no single indication of when there will be stock! Its purely disgusting!!! And im expected to accumulate data too!
