The call centre said they would deliver my new iPhone by early this week. Then I phoned Wednesday and they said Thursday or Friday - now I phone (Friday) and they say they are out of stock!!! How do you schedule delivery when you don't have stock??
This is unacceptable for a customer that has been with you for over 10 years.
If I don't get my new phone immediately I will just change to a different service provider. There are enough providers in SA to not have to deal with such incompetence!
Please fix this immediately
