I have been due for my Talk 500 contract upgrade from Dec 2012, the sales representative in the MTN Store in Centurion mall informed me that I need to do the upgrade at the istore as they are not allowed to sell iPhones.
I visited the istore, who then informed me that MTN so not have iPhone stock and I was placed on a waiting list. This was in the beginning of Dec 2012, it now end of Feb 2013 and no phone.
This is ridiculous to say the least... I do not have a small low budget contract, why the wait.
8-ta, Vodacom and Cell C has stock why do MTN have none. 8-ta of all companies how can they have stock and not MTN.
How can the biggest cell phone company in SA and Africa not have iPhone stock... I think its time to move to a company that has stock and who's customer service is of higher quality
I have waited for almost 3 months for a upgrade, when will MTN HAVE ANY STOCK ON IPHONES???
