Telkom are useless. I ordered an ADSL line in April (306263-44). When the technician visited he requested me to do indoor cabling first. On his next visit, technician found that the cable from my driveway to the DP cable is short. He said he will log it with the cabling guys to resolve the matter. Since then this has just been going in circles. We have been visited by 8 technicians and they simply scratch their head and say they will come back. I then got hold Subisiso (0817931229) who apparently is the manager at Telkom Halfway house who assured me that this will be sorted. He is now avoiding my calls and messages. Telkom have now cancelled my order without even informing me. Will this ever be sorted? Who is going to refund me for the indoor installation?
