I am still awaiting for my Adsl Line to be sorted out.
Telkom keeps sending technicians out that are unable to resolve the problem.
I have had one technician out that advised me that the cable to the exchange needs to be replaced. October 2013.
I am extremely frustrated as the faults that are closed before the problem has been resolved.
I wonder if there is anybody in Telkom that is able to replace a cable. Makes me think.
I am at the stage where I will not pay my account until this issue is resolved.
