Had enough of Telkom excuses

I can't believe the bad service I'm getting from Telkom and I'm tired of all the excuses they have to come and install my new line and ADSL. I phoned in the beginning of April and got my 1st appointment on the 17th of April. I took the whole day off work and nobody showed up. Just before 16:00 the technician phoned and said there was a problem with the ground cable and the cable guys will need to fix it before he can come out. The following week I phoned Telkom and the call center lady said my next appointment will be on the 24th of April. She confirmed that the ground cable problem was now sorted. Again I took a day off work waiting for the technician, but nobody showed up... AGAIN. When I phoned the call center at 16:30 the lady said I just need to hold the line, she will get the technician on the other line and I will be able to listen to their conversation. The Technician said he is not coming out anymore because he finished work and that there was a problem with the ground cable. So obviously then the case got escalated to the cable department. Yesterday the technician showed up, now the tree is a problem and he can't see that anyone fixed the ground cable. SERIOUSLY!?!?!
