I purchased a data bundle on the 28th of November 2013 for one of my lines that I have with Vodacom. I used the *111# service. After receiving an sms confirming that the 250MB of data was activated I then acessed the internet. When I checekd my account on the 29th of November 2013 I realised that I was charged out of bundle rates to the tune of R217. I subsequently contacted Vodacom Customer Care And a service request was logged (S3-T9Y2K-KXT81). I had no feedback for 2 weeks and contacted Vodacom customer Care on 3 occasions to get feedback - 10:25, 7 Dec; 8:44, 13 Dec; 9:29 18 Dec, ref no.: 322926541. Customer Care advised me that they will escalate my query and ask that the person dealing with this query should contact me and everytime I gave them my contact details. I have had no feedback from this person. This morning 20 December I checked my online account and saw that the service request was closed. I contacted Customer Care again and was told by Louisa (team leader) that the billing was correct but she will ask this person to contact me again to explain why my query was rejected. Can somebody please contact me to deal with this query? No escalation PLEASE!
