Every time I log a call with Telkom to come and fix a cable between two poles near my house, that snapped and was supplying my house with phone service, they just ignore the call.
I'm fed up with Telkom's service department.
A cable that supplied my house with a Telkom line snapped. Telkom ran a temporary cable over my lawn to supply me with service while they "dispatched a technician" to come and sort the cable that is supposed to be hung up on street pole.
Now I've got this temporary line running across my lawn where I've seen my dog chewing it.
Telkom please get your act together and come and sort out my issue.
