I have been trying for more than a month since the first house visit from the Telkom Technician to get any kind of definitive answer or timeline from Telkom without success ref: 75544417A 26th of march 2013
1. Online forms do not give through the information typed to call logged so address was wrong had to re-log the call to fix the address.
1. First visit scheduled for the 8th technician phones me from the gate on the 10th no feedback from Telkom up to this point at all problem with cabling apparently nothing was otherwise done
2. Escalated call ref no : 33862 no response from any Telkom representative called Telkom daily no feedback
3. Technician put on call could not install due to construction (No construction at my home)
4. Escalated at Woodlands Service centre shop no feedback
5. Cabling problem solved on the 17th of April new installation date of 29th of April given, no feedback was given till I called 10210
6. 29th no one came phoned Telkom and feedback was technical problem no installation.
7. 7th and escalated again via 10210 ref : 446 no response at all or other feedback except technical fault no one can tell me anything else except this statement or timelines
