I am disgusted once again by the service that I have received from MTN SP. Earlier this year it took me weeks to get my insurance cancelled and I still was not refunded for the premiums deducted months after the cancellation was requested. Now, my contract comes to an end and I requested for it to be converted to prepaid. It is 20.12.13 and I was told that I cannot do this as the contract ends on 21.12.13 so I have to call back the next day! That is beyond ridiculous! I am going away and I will have no access to email and Im not sure if I will have much cellphone reception so how on earth will I do this? Is there really no way to do this conversion in advance? I can cancel in advance, you take my money in advance....but I cannot convert my number 1 day in advance. Pathetic!!! And the attitude I received! Shocking! If people dont want to do their jobs with a smile, they can move on and let people who need jobs do it!
