I am absolutely appauled by this company and their useless service! I was called offered insurance cover that they said that the premium would be a R120 and that would be for accidental cover. I agreed to these terms, they then informed that the product was processed. Now no one informed me that I would be offline for 24 hours- I called customer services to cancel this and have my number working- now they informed me they cannot help me with getting my card working- but can call a number to cancel this service to cancel (081958) I did and then my number was converted to prepaid. I lost my talking points and I lost access to the airtime advance option. Now I feel like I was out of my prepaid benifits!! I want my talking points and access to airtime advance and stop playing mickey mouse playhouse games with me!!
