Cant even cancel the contract

This is the second time we logging a complaint, my wife did one yesterday, and guess what was not resolved, and calling the call centre is a waste of time, they keep cutting the call. anyway we send a request through to Vodacom to cancel our 2 lines and go prepaid, they received the docs on the 9th Feb, but only converted 1 number to prepaid with immediate effect, although we said at the end of our contract, so we called to check why they did the one and not the other. they said the other number will be cancelled 5th march. so we left it, but when i called yesterday they said there is no cancellation on this number. they then said it will be cancelled at the end of march. This is not acceptable as we gave advance notice and now they want to charge us for another month which i dont want. They even sent a copy of the cancellation form to my wife and on there you can see both numbers which needs to cancelled. I'm refusing to pay for another month. i hope this matter can be resolved.
