I have had a account with MTN for more than 10 years with the same number. MTN decided to cancel the WRONG number on my contract. They managed to reconnect me after 24 hours but on the wrong number, now no one can call me on my correct number!!! The call centre has no idea how to help me!!! I have to drive in every time to a branch to see if someone there might be able to help seeing that they also are helpless and cant do anything!!! Is this the way you treat your loyal customers? Dont try to phone me on my real number here, it does not work!!!
