No service response quadriplegic contract

On Monday 4th march my phone number got disconnected I went to Mtn apparently they had the wrong banking details, they changed it and requested that I paid the outstanding amount. And so I did... the full amount, They said they couldn't reconnect the number because it was on my dads name and he should phone them. I dialled 808 and requested to speak with an Afrikaans persons since my dad is Afrikaans and they cant understand his English they told me someone will call me back, I phoned on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. and every time I got the same response that someone will call me. and still no one has.

my dad is a quadriplegic he cant just phone them by his self or just go to a Mtn store to request to reconnect the number.

I think it is really bad service!!! Its been a week and my phone is still not working, making my dad feel helpless since he cant do anything about it to help with the situation.

from day one it was a struggle to get a contract for my dad.

really disappointed.
