Bad Customer Service

Vodacom Walmer Park, bad service, a sales consultant switched off my BIS, without me instructing her to do so, I simply asked a question about BIS, but it was switched off, it was part of my contract and now I'm being billed for 2 BIS services, I get told I must wait for the sales consultant who did this to sort it out, which is only on Saturday! Pathetic service!
